Sriracha and Lime Pretzel Crisps®
Fresh pasteurized mozzarella
Egg
Flour

Directions

  1. Process Pretzel Crisps® into crumbs. Slice mozzarella into long pieces. Drudge through flour, then dip into lightly whisked egg. Coat in crumbs. Freeze until solid.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees on parchment lined baking sheet for 5 minutes. Turn over and bake for 4 more minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
