16 Chipotle Cheddar Pretzel Crisps®
1/3 cup self-rising flour
1/3 seltzer water
2 tsp Mexican seasoning blend
juice & zest of 1 lime
16 very thin slices of cooked steak
1/4 cup thinly sliced bok choy
1/4 cup Mexican crema
4 Tbsp salsa
2 oz queso fresco cheese crumbled
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro


  1. Preheat deep fryer to 320 degrees F. Combine batter ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Whisk until you have a smooth consistency. Dip Pretzel Crisps® in batter. Lower battered Pretzel Crisps® into oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes flipping once until golden brown. Repeat in batches. Drain oil. Build your Puffy Pretzcos: Place Puffy Pretzcos in a single layer on a large platter followed by slices of steak, bok choy, crema, salsa, queso fresco cheese. Top with cilantro and a few pinches of Mexican seasoning blend.
